  • Government’s army sets up checkpoint in the Shehabiyaarea , south of Falluja, to stop the flow of demonstrators participating in Loyalty to the Falluja Martyrs’ Friday.
  • Despite security restrictions imposed by the Muthanna Brigade, the people of Abu Ghraib call for united Friday Prayers in the ShaikhDhari Mosque.
  • Despite liquidations by the security forces, Abu Ghraib residents call for unified prayers in the ShaikhDhari Mosque.
  • Huge convoys of protestors march from the Karma towards Falluja to participate in the Loyalty to the Falluja Martyrs’ Friday.

  • Co’ordinating Committees in Abu Ghraib extend invitations to protestors for their early arrival at the ShaikhDhari Mosque for unified Prayers.
  • Residents of the Officers’ Qarter in Al Seydiyya District, prepare for Loyalty to Falluja Martyrs’ Friday demonstrations in the midst of strict government security arrangements and harassment of protestors and residents in Al A’adhamiya by government’s army.
  • Heavy military deployment in Mosul, on bridges that separate the Left Bank from the Right in order to stop movement by demonstrators from reaching the square.
  • Prevention of demonstrators flocking to the A’adhamiya Protests.

  • Demonstrators in Jallawla’a decide to hold Prayers at the place where they were stopped near the Bridge.

  • Government forces restrict entry and exit in Al Seydiyya to people with “Domicile Cards” to limit the participation of demonstrators to places of prayer as well as to restrict protests.
  • The Director of Police in QarraTeppa in Diyala, Col. Rabah, assaults Mr. Tariq Ibrahim, elementary school headmaster, by beating him and prevents him from entering the district.
  • Arrest of Mustafa Dhamir Al Dhari, in Abu Ghraib, by Al MuthannaBrigade, when he was on his way to Loyalty to Falluja Martyrs’ Friday Prayers in the ShaikhDhari Mosque.
