Conditions for negotiations put forward by the Iraqi resistance

 

 
  1. Complete unconditional withdrawal. 

  2. Liberation of all prisoners, including Saddam Hussein. 

  3. Abolition of all laws passed under occupation, especially those concerning the army and the police 

  4. A promise of reconstruction of iraq by states that participated in the aggression. 

  5. Compensation for all damage wrought since 1991. 

  6. Abolition of all resolutions of UN Security Council and UN relevant to Iraq since 1990. 

  7. The handing over of all traitors and spies to be judged. 

Discussions on the conditions of negotiations vary though there is common agreement on the following: 

  1. No negotiations before a US declaration of unconditional withdrawal. 

  2. Compensation for all damages. 

  3. Abolition of all decisions and laws taken under occupation, especially those concerning the army and police.
